Open enrollment for 2025-26 school year is open from October 28th - December 13th, 2024. Current EPS parents can complete the online application through Skyward Family Access or you can complete a paper application below.

Who can attend Henrietta Lacks?
Students of Evergreen School district have first choice for the openings at Henrietta Lacks. A lottery is conducted for our incoming Freshman class for the 200 open spots each year. Students who are Sophomores through Seniors may apply and applications are evaluated on yearly analysis of our openings. Out of district students also can attend when open spots are available.

Rolling admissions: If you are interested in attending Henrietta Lacks and have missed the application window, please fill out an application and return it to our school. We evaluate applications quarterly on a need basis.
